These booking, cancellation and refund terms apply to bookings with Shree Sai Krupa Travels, Tour & Travel / Bus & Group Transportation Services.

Booking & advance payment

A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and the booking is acknowledged by Shree Sai Krupa Travels. The advance is adjusted against the total booking amount. The customer is responsible for correct travel dates, pickup and drop locations, passenger/group details and other information needed for the booking.

Cancellation

If a customer cancels a confirmed booking, 50% of the advance payment is deducted as a cancellation charge. Any remaining eligible amount may be processed according to the booking terms and payment conditions of that booking. Cancellation requests should be communicated as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email. For special arrangements, peak-season travel, large groups, multiple vehicles or third-party services, additional terms may apply where communicated at the time of booking.

Refund

Refunds apply only when the confirmed vehicle breaks down before the start of the trip and Shree Sai Krupa Travels cannot provide a suitable replacement vehicle or alternative transportation; the eligible booking amount is then reviewed and the applicable refund processed according to the circumstances. A refund is generally not applicable for customer-initiated cancellation, change of travel plans, delayed arrival at the pickup location, reduction in passenger count, or cancellation after the journey has started, unless agreed in writing. If a suitable replacement vehicle is arranged, the booking may continue instead of being cancelled, subject to availability and mutually agreed arrangements.

Vehicle breakdown

Reasonable efforts are made to provide the confirmed vehicle. If a vehicle breaks down, the company may attempt to arrange a replacement or suitable alternative, subject to availability. Breakdown before the trip starts with no replacement: the refund terms above apply. Breakdowns or delays after the journey has started are handled based on the circumstances, vehicle availability, route conditions and practical alternatives at the time.

Policy acceptance

By making a booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the applicable booking, cancellation and refund terms. Terms may be updated from time to time; the terms for a confirmed booking are generally those communicated or accepted at the time of booking.
